Holli Woodings focuses her work on keeping Boise a great place for families and businesses, and growing the next generation of community leaders. A graduate of Boise State University, Holli served as a State Representative for District 19 in Idaho’s 72nd Legislature. Prior to entering public service she worked in the renewable energy industry, helping to develop and finance Idaho’s largest wind energy farm before founding Woodings Group, a consultancy specializing in startup energy companies, and in 2013 was honored as one of Idaho Business Review’s Women of the Year.
Holli serves as the Board Chairperson for Girl Scouts of Silver Sage, on the board of the Boise State Foundation, and on the board of advisors for Idaho Women in Leadership. In the past she served as president of the North End Neighborhood Association where she helped craft Blueprint Boise as the neighborhood association representative, and co-founded the Idaho Clean Energy Association. Holli has given her time to many local organizations including Boise State Venture College, NEW Leadership Idaho, and the Yes! For Boise Schools campaign.
Holli lives in east Boise with her husband Ryan and their two children, Mary and Arthur. They fully enjoy everything Boise has to offer, especially the Greenbelt, Library!, Natatorium, Esther Simplot Park, foothills, and our many amazing Arts organizations.
